A Great Experience I had with this Workforce Management Solutions Staffing Group
Most of my career has been in a sales role, serving various industries in Manufacturing. This experience has exposed me to many types of processes and products. And I have worked with purchasing, engineering, operations, and more. Now serving in a part-time sales capacity for this incredible Staffing Services Group has been rewarding in many ways. One example of this involved a new opportunity I came across, while calling on one of the old customers I had in manufacturing. This company specializes in making lug nuts. Lug nuts fasten a wheel’s hub to threaded wheel studs on the vehicle’s axle, securing the wheel in place and centering it properly on the axle. As you can imagine, this is a “safety critical” part. And when you have a quality issue, it becomes high priority for the operation! And when this happened….
They called me to discuss the problem and asked if I could help them. I then reached out to my contact at the Workforce Management Group, and within 24 hours, they had a Team at the customer’s manufacturing operation. Troubleshooting the issue and coming up with an action plan to resolve. The project is still ongoing today and I continue to work part-time with this Amazing Group – They are great to work with!
